In OCTOBER we toured our new children's musical called "HELLO, CRICKET" with Musica Sierra in Sierra Valley, CA. An album of this music/children's story/science crossover adventure, about a Cricket looking for a friend to play with in the garden, will release in 2026!

In NOVEMBER we shared the stage with our incredible colleagues at Midnight on the Water to bring an inaugural Ceilidh Dance & Concert to West Art in Lancaster, PA, supported by a grant from the Country Dance & Song Society.
In DECEMBER we played 5 sold out (!!) shows, including touring a new Celtic Christmas program with our wonderful colleagues at The Baroque Chamber Orchestra of Colorado.

starting with an early Fall appearance at the Berks Fiddle Fest!

After this year's TWELFTH NIGHT on January 3, the Crickets will be back on stage starting SEPTEMBER 2026.
What's up until then?
- Fiona is working on her second season of Hearthsong Folk Arts programming & fundraising as well as the launch of her kid's music studio(s) at West Art in Lancaster.
- Genna will complete her first full year at a demanding new job in May 2026 and Bradley is about to complete two years as a full-time caretaker to 2 toddlers!
- Ben is performing awesome music all over the world and is with us when we're back.
- Paul will be spending several months abroad in England and Italy training to become a luthier.
- The Crickets is expanding its membership, bringing a few exciting players on board (whom you've probably seen in recent shows) so we can offer our best and most available group for each engagement.
